A 50% Non- Refundable and Non-Transferrable Retainer Fee is due at the time of order placement in order to reserve your order and date. Until this is paid, the date is not reserved and may fill up. This fee goes toward the total cost, and the remaining half is due 3 days before the day of pick OR pay in full at time of placing your order if desired.

Orders placed after 10 days of the requested pick up date will have a rush fee added on to their order.
The entire payment may be requested at once for short-notice orders.

Any changes made to your order must be done at least 5 days before your reserved date. Anything after that will be under consideration and a fee may apply.

Thank you for bringing those inspo pictures! But your pup cake may not be perfect replicas - we'll try our best to keep it close.

We will always send you pictures of the finished cake to make sure you are happy with the final result. :)

All prices are subject to change. Prices are often dictated by ingredient costs. I'm always trying to provide the best organic- high quality ingredients to my clients and their pups. This also means I can't honor old pricing (because the local grocery store won't honor their old flour prices or their organic Greek yogurt for example :(

We bake in a home kitchen not inspected by the health department although we are registered by the North Carolina Department of Agriculture & Consumer Services Food and Drug Protection Division Animal Feed Program.

Our kitchen is not nut free, egg free, dairy free, gluten free. Boring disclaimer, but we have to say it per the law.
